New Construction of (4) concrete structure parking decks located in Fresno, CA. The use is for low-income community housing. Each structure has 1 deck above ground level that ranges from 45000sf to 50000sf. 60% of the roof area is covered by Solar PV Panels which are supported on extended concrete columns that extend from the ground level. Slab is excluded for this budgeting practice. Owner is anticipated to install asphalt paving in lieu of concrete.
