With the combination of the design and flexibility of steel structure and lightness of the ALC-AAC building blocks and panels a high and midrise building can achieved a high flexibility that can withstand earthquake seismic load. This design has been widely used and practice in Japan and as far as we know our humble team are the only one who is knowledgable and practicing this technique here in the Philippines or Southeast-Asia might be.
