London 2012 Aquatics Centre roof lift

Work is underway with the roof of 2,800 tons Wave Zaha Hadid, the London 2012 Aquatic Centre. The elevator is constructed as a machine to plant more complex and problematic Olympic Park size. After 160 meters, with columns, and the canopy of 90 m wide is wide on two concrete pillars in the north of rest and 28 m long and 5 m, retaining walls to the south.
