Psychic readings can be interesting, insightful and extremely helpful and uplifting. However, not every psychic has your best interests at heart and if you are not careful you could end up in a worse state after the reading, than when you first went in.
To give you an example of what I mean, a friend was at a fair where a lady was doing psychic readings. Out of curiosity, she decided to go and see what she would be told.
She came out 15 minutes later in a state having been told that her husband would die at 60 from heart issues, and the whole reading had been negative! She went home in tears. It took her about a month to find the internal strength to get over the fear of this occurring and be able to put it behind her. She even phoned the psychic at home and asked her how she could tell people such things and the psychic insisted she was correct!
When you decide to go for psychic readings, you may just be curious or in a very vulnerable state, wanting answers you feel you cannot get for yourself. Maybe there has been a crisis and you need help or maybe you do not know where else to turn.
The problem is that you can be taken advantage of if you are not careful and actually given wrong advice, and negativity, which you do not need. What you do need is proper uplifting guidance that will help you solve your problems or make some progress with them.
Maybe a psychic is not the best person to see in these situations. Maybe you would be better off seeing a counsellor, or healer, or an intuitive who has also professionally trained as a life coach and counsellor and who uses their clairvoyance to help you heal your issues. That way you know the person has worked on clearing some of their own problems and is better equipped to guide you.
Sometimes we go for psychic readings because it is easier than taking responsibility for our lives. Someone else can tell us what is going to happen rather than us putting any effort into creating the result we actually want. This can offer false hope and induce passivity in people where they sit and wait for what the psychic has said to eventuate. Problem is, the prediction may never happen because nothing that is said is set in concrete but people believe it is!
So, before going for psychic readings, ask yourself what you really want to achieve by doing so and ask to be guided to the person that has your highest interests in mind. This way, you will attract the right person who will help you.
